The main house is situated on the ground floor and therefore suitable for the elderly or infirm.

The private infinity pool is large (10x4m) and is surrounded by an expansive sun terrace featuring beautiful wooden sunbeds, outdoor dining tables and chairs. The garden area features an outside bar, fire pit area, jacuzzi (operational only off season) and beautifully landscaped gardens. There is also a separate secluded terrace in front of the annexe flat and a roof terrace above the main villa featuring a bar area (with fridge) and loungers with views over the sea.

Travel

Many beautiful beaches such as Cala D'Hort, Cala Tarida, Cala Moli, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, and Es Cubells are just 10 minutes by car.

Distances

Ibiza Airport is only 15 minutes drive. The marina and yacht club in Sant Antoni is only 10 minutes drive and the cosmopolitan town of Ibiza approximately 15-20 minutes.
